AUSTRALIAN COAL MINING EXPO
6th - 8th August 2013

Make no mistake, it's Australian coal, Australian coal mining entrepreneurs and Australian miners that are supplying China and the world with the energy source they need. The Chinese miracle of manufacturing and production would grind to a halt without this amazing substance we find in such abundance beneath our 'golden soil'. And not just to China. Approximately $40 Billion of Australian coal and coal related products are exported globally every year!

The length and breadth of our great eastern sea board is dotted with huge coal mining projects that supply industry around the world with the energy they need to smelt, manufacture and power. Is it any wonder our great nation is benefitting from an ever growing and increasingly profitable boom in coal mining?

Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland are home to many of the globes biggest coal mines, the Hunter Valley alone is home to many of Australia's largest coal mining companies, including:

Xstrata Coal NSW
Anglo Coal Australia
Noble Asia Pacific
Hunter Valley Energy Coal – A subsidiary of BHP
Coal and Allied – A subsidiary of Rio Tinto
