The program will be personally handed to thousands of visitors during the course of the event. This high-quality, glossy, colour publication will not only penetrate potential client targets, but as the official expo program, it will serve as a valuable reference tool, taking pride of place in the reception areas of many of your potential customers.

Electronic Artwork Supplied
1. QuarkXpress V3.32 5.0 files supplied on Macintosh formatted CD or Zip disk.
2. All scanned images must be supplied at 300 dpi and in EPS, TIFF or JPG formats. Provide images in either CMYK or grayscale and not RGB. All line art images should be supplied at 800 dpi.
3. Vector files are to be supplied as editable EPS files in either Illustrator (to version 10) or Freehand (to version 9.0) format. 4. All screen and print fonts must be provided.
5. All material provided must be accompanied by black and white laser separation and colour proof. All files to be supplied Macintosh format only.
6. PMS colours must be supplied as four colour process and not as spot colours.
7. All artwork should be supplied with required bleed if applicable.
8. Material can also be supplied as a high resolution pdf, provided it is at the correct size (as specified).
NOTE: we cannot make changes to any pdf’s supplied, so please ensure that all details are correct.
9. Clients who submit completed artwork will not receive a proof. Therefore it is imperative to include a colour proof for the advertisement to be checked against.
10. If artwork is not provided to the correct specifications as outlined, additional charges may be applicable.
